What precautions will you be taking?
Precautions include:
Can I bring someone else with me? Only patients that absolutely need another person present may bring another person with them. (For example, minors who need their parent or guardian, folks who need translators or interpretation services). If you have another person with you, they will be required to go through the same screening protocol outlined above.
Will there be anyone else in the office? No. I will only be seeing one client at a time and there are no other practitioners in the space.
What if I need to cancel due to COVID-19 Red Flags? I encourage cancellations for this reason even if you are just a little bit concerned. My normal cancellation policy will be waived for cancellations due to COVID-19 Red Flags.

- The day before your appointment, please review the Covid-19 Screen here. If it reveals any concerns, please contact me so we can discuss if it is OK for you to come to your appointment. You will also fill this form out upon arriving at the office, however I would hate for you to drive all the way here only to find out that you could not be admitted.
- When you arrive for your appointment, please call me at 607-237-5240 if you wish for me to meet you at your car. Otherwise, as long as you are no more than 10 minutes early, please enter into the waiting room.
- I will greet you in the waiting room from six feet away (the waiting room is set up with a blue line marked on the floor that all clients need to stay behind until they have been screened). There will be a mask, thermometer, screening form, and hand sanitizer waiting for you. There will be a sign instructing you to sanitize your hands, remove your current mask, sanitize your hands again, and don the clean mask provided. I will then walk you through taking your temperature with a no touch thermometer and filling out the screen.
- Once you have been cleared to enter the rest of the office, our appointment will proceed as normal (only with us both wearing masks).

- Regular tests for COVID-19 (as resources allow)
- Daily temperature checks and COVID-19 Screen
- Hand washing before and after clients (which is something I always do anyway)
- Wearing a mask and/or face shield
- All surfaces in waiting room, bathroom and clinic room will be sanitized between clients
